OT Evaluation and Treatment
Evaluation package including parent interview (30 min), with-child assessment (50 min), comprehensive written report emphasizing parent-friendly explanations and collaborative goals: $300.
Individual treatment sessions: 45 minutes, $85 (prepaid package pricing) or $100 (single session)
Screenings for motor skills or retained primitive reflexes (20 min.): $50
Virtual coaching/ consultation to discuss and offer strategies to support your areas of concern for your child: $60/ 30 minute
School observations and parent/ teacher consultations can also be arranged with school permission.

Enrichment Groups
Preschool Move, Play, and Grow themed sensory + motor groups, offered monthly in collaboration with The 577 Foundation from August - April! Look for “Youth and Family groups” offered by Mary Davies, OT and register on their website.
Preschool and Elementary group scheduling is currently paused. Please follow us on Social Media for updates on this option or inquire for more information.
Investment
At Strong Roots we know that just as no child’s needs are cookie-cutter images of each other, no therapeutic treatment method should be either. Unfortunately, the world of insurance doesn’t seem to see it this way.
Therefore, at Strong Roots all services are private pay, which enables the most therapeutic flexibility to support your child through the best fit for their individual needs without the restrictions which insurance places on therapy services.
HSA/FSA cards may be used for all individual services, please inquire for more information. In addition, a Superbill can be provided for you to pursue possible reimbursement with your insurance (no guarantees can be provided).
